"The sound of flowing water from the old-growth forest reaches us before we see it. As we approach, the air cools and becomes more humid. It’s early morning, and after a night in our tent, we hike to refill our water at the nearby spring. The crisp light filters through the trees, illuminating the vibrant green and yellow moss. The contrast of light and shadow enhances the beauty of the scene, as if nature has orchestrated this moment for ages. This stage of life is ever-changing—new saplings rise, old trees fall, and water flows in cycles. Like nature, our lives are also in constant transformation. Spending time in the forest connects us with our ancient ancestors and reminds us that we are part of nature, guiding us back to a sense of home.."
