"It’s hard to imagine how far this water must have traveled, meandering for miles through valleys and forests, across rock and dirt, nourishing the land, and all its inhabitants with life-quenching water and nutrients. It runs from the higher elevations, from the clouds, from the glaciers. It falls and falls, cascading time and time again, spilling and rushing into pools of itself. When standing close to it, with its sheer force rushing by, it’s hard not to be overcome and mesmerized by it. So beautiful."
