"Atlanta-raised, Portland-based artist Harold McNaron utilizes art as a liberatory space and practice within which to explore new ways of knowing and being. Inspired by those detailed shot postcards in the museum gift shop, naturally-occurring abstractions, and the ordered parallels of spreadsheets, McNaron’s current work explores themes of memory, distortion, and home. He has exhibited work at various galleries, street corners, and art spaces in Georgia, Oregon, New York, and Washington, DC."
