"Alexandra Lawson Mangum is a senior illustration student at Pacific Northwest College of Art. She is a figure-based artist who enjoys creating colorful images with an emphasis on patterns, lines, and texture. Originally from Seattle, her artistic journey started in elementary school and has become a lifelong passion for creating art that fulfills her interests and reflects her diverse influences. Alexandra spent the summer of 2024 working at Blind Insect Gallery as an intern, where she learned much about what it takes to run a gallery and a business."
